Research programs do not change the framework directly. Observations become evidence through documentation and evaluation, and framework changes occur only through the published evidence and governance process.
The founding research programs apply the framework within distinct environment classes and help identify what is foundational, what requires refinement, what remains unresolved, and what new ideas may emerge.
